Im still here Ghetto. Just learnt to shut my mouth.
The eye exercises are simply, and they just repair weak eyesite, like short-sightedness.
You simply stretch the eyes, by looking side-to-side, up-down etc.
And after you have stretched them, like you would do to a muscle before a workout, you then do the workout:
1. get a pen or pencil and get it in focus, as close to your face as you can.
2. Then, sitting outside, focus on something far away, preferably in the distance.
3. Then back to the pen thats close
4. then back to the tree thats far away.
Repeat until you feel strain.
I learnt this from the book called "ChiGung - Natural Magick and Healing"
Its just a simple eye workout

@elixirmixer there is this chart and similar variations on it.

tibetan eye chart.jpg

One brings the central dot close to their eyes, and then progressively looks around the chart, going from branch to branch, in a circle, slowly spiraling outwards. The exercise is repeated both deosil and widdershins, as to equally train in both directions. It is designed to return proportional muscle strength surrounding the eye, as unproportioned muscles place a strain, can distort the sphere of the eye, and shift where the focus falls. Straining to re-orient focus often leads to tired eyes.

There is another type of exercise which relies on acuity within the visual cortex - it does not treat the eye itself, nor the muscles of the eye, but rather the processing of the visual data. One can train this by learning to pay attention to peripheral imagery, and even training the focus to exist within the peripheral, instead of within the regular focal point.

Things brings up a related phenomenon, which is the purposeful training of very specific astigmatisms, in order to achieve a very specific type of bi-polar polarization of light. There are stories surrounding this, of extremely skilled opticians, who could grind specific lenses depending on your own eyesight, to place the correct bi-polar polarizations to sight. You may read a variant of this tale by Frank Harris, titled "The Magic Glasses", as republished in the Equinox Vol1 No1.

There is a way of training this specific bi-polar polarization as well. It is a very literal "second sight".

Hi elixir. A few years ago I was driving on a freeway (motorway here) late at night and it suddenly occurred to me I couldn't actually see where I was going past maybe 100 yards.
So I did my thing with my thing and within two days my vision was back. I'm 61 this year and its going again, its lasted about five years and again I can't see jack shit. I'm due for another thing with my thing.

The techniques EM and Lux mentioned will work fine, I have found having a varied life with need for all types and ranges of seeing, combined with not wearing sunglasses and learning to relax ones gaze (see with peripherals) can do much to sharpen ones gaze.

My mom and sister are both opticians and I have explained to them my theory that wearing glasses, and also sunglasses in fact furthers damage to the eye and/or acts as a crutch and renders the eye progressively less well adapted to its intended purposes. They weren't buying it, no problem. I also do more high speed / physically varied activities that require a bit more visual vigilance.

I have observed that the vision of those who rely upon prescription glasses continually worsens. I think that the eye muscles do not have to work functionally as result of the glasses. After some time the problem becomes worse requiring ever stronger prescriptions and thus it is a negative loop.

Mine has actually improved over the last decade and which guess what.. crickets.

😂🤣😭Nature.. please......🙈🙉🙊.....look closely! The entire race.....so Im thoroughly convinced now. Obviously a sidereal functional scaffolding for enablement of something more purposeful than their own existence,, I get it now. Thanks for all the fish...

Much of modern eyesight issues have to do with constantly focusing on items up close. It's all modern world problems. Often times, just taking focus breaks to look at distant objects while purposefully relieving the built up muscular tension in the face can work wonders.

There is another angle on things I wanted to mention, for those inclined, which is that you can get "at home test kits" that allow you to determine the exact prescription strength you would need for each eye (and also any possible astigmatism angles) on amazon. It's basically an inexpensive trial lens kit.

The usefulness, I think, is working with the astigmatism angles, because many phenomenon are observable as a result of particular and specific angular discrepancies between the eyes. Some people have a capacity to selective relax or constrict their muscles in a certain way as to focus into this zone, but one could also use external technology to achieve the same thing, hence my mentioning Frank Harris above. It should be possible, with a fixed and steady and relaxed gaze, to dial in the astigmatism angle precisely for a brief time, although the effect would not last, as the pressures and tensions around the eye are constantly changing, and changing in much larger amounts throughout the day.

There is much more going on than meets the eye!

...and I just thought my eyes were fucked.
